Ideal conditions for the cleanest installations include minimal wind and shade from direct sunlight. A garage allows the best conditions to work in. We realize not everyone has the luxury of a garage, so we offer a completely mobile setup complete with canopy and our own supplied power through a generator for a flat fee of $100.
Our home is Davie County, North Carolina, and we service cities and towns nearby like Winston-Salem, Clemmons, Mocksville, Lexington, and the surrounding areas.
Window film is cut exactly to your car and installed using a water-based solution that won’t damage your interior or exterior in any way. After cleaning windows thoroughly, there’s nothing between the glass and film that’s installed.
Window film is installed on the inside and formed on the outside to ensure it’ll conform exactly to the unique curves of your windows.
Install times vary by vehicle and the amount of windows that are being tinted. It can range from 1-6 hours depending on the complexity of the vehicle.
Our carbon film carries a 2 year warranty, and our ceramic line of films carry a lifetime warranty.
You can roll down your windows after waiting at least 48 hours. It can take up to 30 days for the window film to fully cure, so it may look a bit hazy or have visible moisture pockets until it completely evaporates.
Some back windows and quarter windows can show these borders which are caused by raised ceramic dots called the dot matrix. The ceramic dots of the dot matrix are raised off the glass, and the window film can’t lay completely flat against these dots. The tiny bit of air between the dots that the film is unable to stick between looks white because the black film is not touching the glass 100%.
The %’s stand for light transmission or the amount of light that is allowed through the film. The lower the percentage, the darker the film. Sabulski Window Tinting carries 50%, 40%, 35%, 20% and 5% shades.
Wait at least a week before cleaning the inside of the window where the film was installed. After a week, use a window cleaner without ammonia and a soft cloth or rubber squeegee. We recommend foam cleaners since they don’t streak and are usually ammonia-free. Don’t scrape the film with any type of blade or clean your tinted windows with anything abrasive, as it will scratch the film.
